* doc-view.el (doc-view-scale-reset): Rename from
`doc-view-reset-zoom-level'.
(doc-view-scale-adjust): New command.
(doc-view-mode-map): Remap `text-scale-adjust' bindings to
`doc-view-scale-adjust'.
